Garlic "Parmesan" Roasted Veggies

If you think about it, you can roast pretty much anything these days. People for many centuries have gone from roasting chickens and other game over spitfire to modern day people roasting exotic fruits and veggies over a grill or dry roasting them in an oven. Today I will be showing you a unique way to roast and flavor your veggies.  Ingredients:  7-8 mini sweet bell peppers 5-6 Red potatoes 2 full Yellow onions 4-6 garlic cloves 2-3 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast Salt and Pepper    To start this dish you will need a grill griddle that can be used inside an oven. Preheat your oven to 350F The first part of this process will be to wash all the red potatoes and then cut them into thick wedges.                                                                                                     Take the wedges and lightly toss them in either olive oil, avocado oil, or coconut oil.          According to history, popsicles are a fairly new and innovative way of keeping cool during the hot summer days. In the early 1900's Frank Epperson, an eleven-year-old boy accidentally left a powered soda mix outside with a wooden stirring stick. Early the next morning he went out to discover he had created a delicious frozen treat. The next day Frank began selling them to his friends and family. It soon became a well-loved summertime staple.
