Normally when you think of corn on the cobb you think of steamed corn with butter, salt, and pepper, but today we are gonna spice it up a bit! We are gonna be making pan-fried BBQ corn on the cobb. Ingredients Corn on the Cobb BBQ flavored rub ( Master's Hand BBQ rub is the one prefer ) Coconut oil 2 cups of water To start the cooking process you will need to remove any husks and silk pieces on the corn. While doing this bring an inch of water in a skillet to a boil. Once the water is boiling add the corn into it and boil for three minutes with the skillet covered. After the corn has been steamed, remove the water and add two tablespoons of coconut oil to the skillet and melt on medium heat.
