Pan Fried Corn

To kick-off fall I've decided to take a classic American dish and give it a little twist! Normally when you think of corn on the cobb you think of steamed corn with butter, salt, and pepper, but today we are gonna spice it up a bit! We are gonna be making pan-fried BBQ corn on the cobb. Don't worry, it is vegan-friendly so you can enjoy the sweet taste of BBQ! Do not be alarmed you can easily strain all this out with a tightly knit cheesecloth .  The next step to cracking open your coconut is to hit it with a hammer along the pre-scored line. After a few taps around the coconut, it should pop right off.        4.  For the coconut bowl, we wi
